Being in fear, we slowly begin to fall apart and lose ourselves.  We start to think of ourselves as 'not enough' and unworthy of all we dream of.  We create our own personal hell of being stressed, broken-hearted, and find ourselves over-spending, over-eating, over-protecting, and many other self-sabotaging activities.

 

We can always choose to perceive things differently and can focus on what's wrong in our lives, or we can focus on what is right.  It takes courage to do that and endure the pains of self-discovery rather than choose to take the dull pain of unconsciousness that would last the rest of our lives.
